Returns & Exchanges

At Friends NYC, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
